Scale Skills Level Prep

Scale Skills provides an organized system for the study of scales, arpeggios, chords, and finger exercises. Eleven appropriately graded levels ensure steady and thorough progress as pianists advance in their study of technic. The Preparatory Level is appropriate for students at the elementary to late elementary level, who are just beginning to learn simple scale and arpeggio patterns. Each level reviews and incorporates the exercises and activities from previous levels, helping students develop a solid technical foundation. Students may use Scale Skills to prepare for the technical requirements of many piano examination programs such as the National Guild of Piano Teachers National Piano Playing Auditions and Music Teachers Association of California Certificate of Merit.
